Route description
Picture this: rolling your Yoga mat (either on boat’s deck or on the sand) and your naked eyes watching the most beautiful sunrise you have ever witnessed, slowly waking up your body, breath and mind with a gentle Yoga practice. A day can start like this on the boat.
Equilibrium is a retreat like a holiday, an invitation to bridge Yoga and sailing and everything in between: island hopping, enjoying fresh sea food, dancing until late in picturesque taverns. All on luxurious sail boats with the best view from dawn ‘till dusk.
Grab your travel Yoga mat and let’s sail together. You don’t need to be a long time Yogi or have any sailing experience to join us, just the curiosity to enjoy life, in togetherness.
Please keep in mind Equilibrium is a weather-dependent event.
Get ready to be challenged and inspired—because that’s what a true yoga holiday is all about!
