The name “Sail Armada” will refer both to the company Sail Armada SRL as well as to its trademark Capetan.club and capetancharter.com. Sail Armada SRL is registered in Romania under company number CUI: 43792745, EUID: ROONRC J40/3275/2021. We’re committed to respecting your privacy and keeping your personal information safe. This privacy notice tells you what to expect when Sail Armada collects personal information and it covers all personal data that is gathered. In particular, it tells you about how we use your information.

For all orders that are fulfilled using a third party payment provider Sail Armada does not have access to any on-line credit or debit card details. Where credit or debit card details are provided for telephone orders these are immediately securely destroyed once the order has been completed. Where you have given us your consent, we may send you information about other events that may be of interest to you by post, email, SMS or contact you by phone. Depending upon the marketing preferences you select when registering your details, Sail Armada may then also contact you for marketing purposes. North Sardinia Sail Group will not use your personal data for any other purpose unless you instruct us to do so.

We do this to find out information such as how our website was accessed and the number of visitors to the various parts of the site.
