Booking Process and Requirements
Once you complete the purchase of the Christmas Sailing Voucher, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 24 hours, a follow-up email containing the voucher with a unique personal code will be sent to the email address provided during the purchase. Here are some important points to consider during the booking process:
Advance Booking Requirement:
All holiday bookings made using the Christmas Sailing Voucher must be confirmed at least four (4) months in advance of the scheduled starting date of the holiday. This advance notice allows us to ensure availability and make necessary arrangements for a seamless and enjoyable sailing experience.
Late Bookings:
Bookings made within four months of the intended starting date are subject to availability. While we will make every effort to accommodate late bookings, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific flotillas or group sailing holidays.
Booking Confirmation:
The Christmas Sailing Voucher does not guarantee the availability of specific dates or destinations. Booking confirmation is subject to the availability of the chosen flotilla or group holiday at the time of booking.
Flexible Booking Dates:
If the initially selected holiday dates are not available, voucher holders may choose alternative dates within the two-year validity period of the voucher, subject to availability.
Redeeming the Voucher
The voucher can be redeemed during the booking process by entering the unique personal code at the time of payment. The voucher value will be deducted from the total booking cost, providing a wonderful discount on your holiday.
Transferability and Combining Vouchers
